Making a sustainable difference at this stage can only be driven by sound organizational strategy and results focus. Hence, the growing demands for strategy and M&E specialists in almost every sector of the economy. - Key Approaches to Managing for Results –The PMP, The Log frame, and M4P
- Understanding Results, Indicators, Baselines and Targets
- Developing the Logical Framework
- The M&E Plan, Work Plan, and Operational Plan
- Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting
- Data Quality Assessment
- Understanding Evaluations, Triggers, and Meta-Evaluation
Preferred participants are non-profit executives, social entrepreneurs, or individuals ready to start their own nonprofits, work in the development sector, or lead a social or community development project within an organization. Participants must be available for the entire course duration.
The Course fee is N100,000. We are currently offering a 40% slash off the registration fee. The slashed training fee is N60,000 (non-resident), with 20 seats available. The course fee covers the course materials, tea breaks, lunch, and certificate and does NOT include transportation or accommodation.
